Savills Investment Management SGR S.p.A., on behalf of the real estate fund Fondo Jaguar and the holding company H.I.G. Realty, entrusts Acqua with the launch of The Angle.
Excellence and attention to detail were the salient aspects of the consultancy offered by Acqua Group to Savills Investment Management SGR S.p.A. for the launch event of The Angle.
From the creative concept inspired by secret spaces and exclusive features to the organizational services, from the executive project (including space design and layout, scouting artists and extras) to an artistic direction that left nothing to chance and improvisation: these are the aspects that characterized the event “The Secret Angle” realized by Acqua Group for the launch of The Angle – historic Milanese building in Corso Italia 3 with its characteristic corner shape, which combines contemporary design and elegant Art Nouveau style. The building, which has undergone a complete redevelopment and a consequent repositioning on the Milanese real estate market thanks to the intervention of the design studio Genius Loci Architettura (GLA), covers 8,000 square meters and now houses offices, avant-garde smart working and social areas.

The event, which involved Acqua Group’s Events and Advertising business units, in keeping with the history and charm of the building, was a sort of journey through time, to the 1920s and 1930s, in an intimate and exclusive atmosphere made up of seductive characters in spangled and sequined cocktail-style dresses, swing/jazz music by multi-instrumentalist Mauro L. Porro and the Hot Gravel Eskimos played in the period style on period instruments, with gaming tables and cigar room.
